After just a three hour session with 30 plus girls in attendance from all high schools in the desert we have become "shooters". It not only showed the girls the proper technique, balance, form and follow thru, yet gave the girls confidence in shooting from the outside. We have since participated in 4 tournaments in 2 months and can say the the girls from La Quinta have improved their freethrow percentage by 13 %, shooting from the field by 20 %, and looking forward to continue working with them on their shot in September.
