CAMP INFO AND REFUND POLICY
PRO SHOT is a revolutionary shooting program that travels throughout the United States and Canada hosting camps and clinics. We’re available 12 months a year, but please understand that we are always a first come, first serve basis when booking camps. The busiest times of the year are the summer months and spring and winter breaks. We often book these camps months in advance.
The staffing for Pro Shot camps often depends on the location of the camp. We will fully staff each Pro Shot camp in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Due to a high price in airline cost, the remaining states may have one head director attending as well possibly 1-2 other staff members. Thus, the remainder of the staff will need to come directly from the host program. One-two weeks before the camp starts, we will mail each coach a DVD to view and keep. The head director will also meet with the coaches either the night before or an hour before the first day of camp. He will explain the philosophy of the camp as well as each coach’s duties. It is our hope that each coach learns the Pro Shot system so he/she can implement it in practices.
The PRO SHOT staff expects to have constant communication with the host director/coach once the camp is booked. This includes changing times and locations if needed. PRO SHOT needs to have notice for a camp cancellation of 14-21 days in advance. We expect when we verbally agree to host a camp, that camp will take place. We understand that some obstacles may appear, but we anticipate to always work though these temporary barriers. PRO SHOT expects to do everything in our power to put on the best shooting camp in the United States. We also expect each host school/program to put forth the same effort.

STEPS TO HAVING A SUCCESSFUL CAMP
- Have host program secure a gym site, location and date.
- PRO SHOT will e-mail the host program a brochure and a flyer with times, dates, locations, cost and age groups. The brochure will be in Publisher format. The flyer is in word format and is easy to change and print.
- PRO SHOT will post the camp on its website. Parents can sign up here as well as pay online.
- The host program prints the flyer up and distributes throughout the community to the program’s players, other coaches, schools, stores, churches, recreation centers, boys and girls clubs, and parks. Also consider free advertising in sports sections. While PRO SHOT can assist by sending out emails to local teams and coaches, it is vital that the host program brings in most of the campers.
- PRO SHOT will e-mail out announcements to coaches in your state. Our email total differs on state to state. We will also post the camp on www.maxpreps.com.
- The host program and PRO SHOT will be in contact with each other on a weekly basis. This is for update purposes and to understand how many coaches we will need.
- After the last day of camp, PRO SHOT and the host program representative will sit down and figure out the final camp monies. After expenses, the total is a 50/50 split if the number is 20 players.

PRO SHOT PROVISIONS:

What the program/host will provide:
- Secure gymnasium location, dates and the times. Please note that we need 1 basket for every 12 campers. If you wish to hold a camp with 80 campers you will need at least 7-8 baskets.
- Distribute Flyers and market in immediate area. PRO SHOT will make up a camp flyer with your location, times and specific information that include your logo for your school/organization to distribute. How you distribute this material is up to your discretion.
- Open and close gym on camp dates.
- Provide basketballs, and cones if needed.
- Provide two tables (one for signing people in, other for computer).
- Help sign in campers on camp date.
- Assistance in finding a hotel/motel near the camp facility as well as possible eating establishments.

What PRO SHOT will provide:
- iability insurance for $1,000,000 (if needed). Please let PRO SHOT know who the insurance should be made out to..
- Create a PRO SHOT Flyer with dates, times, locations, costs, and specific grades. Upon completion of the flyer, PRO SHOT will e-mail it to your coach or program rep to distribute.
- A trained coaching staff that fully understands the PRO SHOT theories and techniques. If we cannot fully staff a camp due to high travel expenses, we will staff from within the host’s coaching staff. If this occurs, we will give each coach a DVD a few days before and train the staff an hour prior to the event or the evening before (if possible).
- Send out Emails to coaches within your state announcing the camp.
- Post the camp on Maxpreps.com.
- Website that can take sign ups as well as Paypal (Visa and MasterCard).
- Awards, DVDS, books, t-shirts and or certificates if agreed upon.
- The best shooting experience in the United States!.

Set all-time scoring records at Muir,Fountain Valley, Santa Ana Valley and Marina which all still stand to this day.
During his last nine seasons teams averaged 190 three pointers made.
SHOOTING EXPERIENCE:
Coached 20 years in the art of shooting. Recently published the 140 page shooting book entitled, “Pro Shooting Secrets.” This is the largest and most comprehensive shooting book ever.
Coached hundreds of collegiate and professional players in the art of shooting during the past decade and a half.

We have combined camps in our Four and Five Day Camps in the past.
An example of this is that we have held a shooting camp in the morning and a ballhandling camp later in the afternoon session.
LUNCH/DINNER BREAK:
All camps past four hours need to have a one hour lunch or dinner break for coaches and players.
SCHOLARSHIP:
Pro Shot will scholarship 1 in every 10 players if a coach requests it. This player must be from a needy family. In other words, we will scholarship 4 players if we have 40 that have paid in full.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
All players must each have a basketball.
